Shit happens in sports. Come to think again, it seems very brutal of a tackle but to be honest, i dont think any professional sports people would have done it purposely. I guess it was just unfortunate.

kay, in all fairness, you see people flying in with double-footed tackles and yet they get away with yellow cards. u’ve got to admit u see tackles like this one everywhere everyday on the pitch, but it just so happens this one resulted in devastating consequences. how can you say a man has deliberately intended to destroy eduardo’s future? that’s disgusting to say. u honestly think this was the most brutal tackle ever? then you haven’t watched much football.

having said that, poor eduardo. hope he recovers. he’s looking forward to playing again. good on him for possessing such spirit. =))

Ye im a chelsea fan and i think that was a horrible challenge…
Although i don’t think he meant to go in with the intention of breaking his leg… Taylor didn’t even notice.
he should be punished for like 2 years not being able to play …
and good luck to eduardo to get better… hes a fantastic player!

This is what happens when dumb SOB like Martin are allowed to play soccer. As a professional soccer play one should that stupid tackles like that are only good for hurting someone. English Premier is the best league in the World according to most, and play like that should be punished to the full extent.

i think it was a great tackle and taylor shud get an MBE for such an excellent tackle!
