Alan Curbishley West Ham vs Liverpool Highlights 30/1/2008

Liverpool poor season continued when they slump to a 1-0 away defeat to West Ham.

Nothing seems to go right for Rafa Benitez and his men of late.

West Ham winner came at the last kick of the match when Jamie Carragher brought down Ljungberg in the box.

Mark Noble coolly slotted the ball to Pepe Reina’s left to secure a famous victory over Liverpool.

West Ham should have won by bigger margin if Boa Morte did not waste his sitters in the first half.

Liverpool was clearly very poor, might be due to the internal problems that they have of late especially with those take over stuff. Even the owner of The Sins’ Blog wants to buy Liverpool FC.

Rightly so, Rafa Benitez has conceded that their EPL dream for 2007/2008 is over and Liverpool need to pick themselves up quickly as they has not won a match since Boxing Day!

For those Hammers out there, check The H List as it is a good Hammers blog.

Rafa is a smart man. Now the supporters are backing him instead although Liverpool are not doing well in the EPL.
